I'm feeling the urge to curl up and hide from the world. I'm not sure why. I'm wanting to give up on trying to sell the house, and just stay where I am, maybe fix it up nice, put a big shed at the bottom of the garden.

*sigh*

Anyone want to buy a house? Anyone have a spare attic/garage/spare room I can fill with junk for a month? Anybody fancy helping me do a spot of painting?

And can anyone recommend someone for shed-building, pointing, guttering?

Thank you. I know it takes time; I have little patience. :) And thanks for the offer of space - I may well take you up on that. I want to take as much stuff as possible out of the house so that it looks bigger, and I can start painting rooms without too much effort. It'd be nice if we're staying, and it'll help if we're moving.

I know your builder's good but busy until is it December? I'd consider booking him to do the pointing (and maybe to treat the outside of the dormer) - it's not so urgent.

In the meantime, I'm going to have a nosey at garden sheds and see how much a big one would cost. That bank job's looking mighty tempting! lol
