Patrick Stewart really the shakespearean actor to see isn't he. I've been lucky enough to see him in the Tempest, Macbeth, Anthony and Cleopatra, Hamlet, and a one man show called "Shylock Shakespeare's alien" where he discussed his interpretation of the character of Shylock and went through some of his key speeches. I've also seen him in a couple of none S plays, and just thnk he's wonderful to watch on stage. I'm gaga about the guy really *grin*.
Totally agree re tennant's delivery. He really did surprise me.
The set was incredible wasn't it. I loved the glass shattering, the grave with guy appearing out of it, oh and all of it really. A wonderful way to spend 3.5 hours.
