Shooz!

I went with ravenlas for a bike ride down to Naburn and then across to the designer outlet to look for blue strappy sandals to go with my bridesmaid's dress. I ended up buying a pair of bright red sandals in the sales, and a shrug, a black camisole t-shirt and two corset-style bustiers. And, from a Dead Sea Cosmetics stand, some salt scrub and cleanser. But no blue strappy sandals. So I'll just have to go shoe shopping in Sheffield, maybe Meadowhell, and in York. Shucks.

In other news, it's far too hot here. But Superman is on tv. And I'll be getting back to some editing now, I suppose.

Just watching the 5 news. It's sickening. I don't care what you think of Israel as a nation. You don't fire rockets into another country. Especially not from civilian areas. The arab states have a heck of a lot to answer for in deliberately sponsoring terrorism wherever they can. And right now, I hope to goodness that the people who are sheltering the terrorists and allowing them to operate from among civilian areas will rise up and say 'enough'. Because that's the only chance there is for any kind of peace.
