The details: Socks knitted to the Guardian's Lady Grey sock pattern, but with a gusset heel as I find the short row heel makes the sock too narrow across the ankle, and I find it a bit too flimsy. Knitted using Wendy: Happy yarn, 75% bamboo

This is the shawl I've knitted for my older sister. It still needs blocking into shape. Knitted to the Adara rainbow pattern I used for my conference shawl (the shawl I knitted at FantasyCon last year) in baby llama wool.

York station, and idiots at large

Namely, the idiots at National Express who thought it'd be a great idea to install barriers at York Station.

I think they're wrong for a whole bunch of reasons, which I have sent to the council via their website for objecting to the whole planning application.
