Nah. I love Doctor Who, always have done. The men who play him, not so much. Although Christopher Ecclestone was great, and David Tennant impresses me hugely every time I see an episode of it. I'm in awe of his immense talent as an actor.
Now Nathan Fillion, him I fancy. Actually, he looks very like a taller, older, hairier ravenlas - they've almost identical faces. So it's none too surprising I fancy him. *heh*
Yes - I'm with you entirely about the monologues. I think his whole performance was so clear, made the character make sense as that troubled young man driven to desparate measures. Actually the only bits I had trouble with were when Hamlet mentioned 'time' and ravenlas leant over and muttered '-ey wimey'... *grin*
