- Sat, 14:56: Spare bed dismantled, cobwebs dusted (omg so very many), carpet uncovered & hoovered, 2 chests of drawers moved, 3 to go. Break time!
- Sat, 15:01: It's like a giant 3D slidey puzzle w added spiders. So many things to be moved (and dusted) in order before I can get them in final places!
- Sat, 15:04: Doesn't help that part of what needs moving is all the gubbins off the top of said chests of drawers... *sigh*
- Sat, 16:58: 5 chests of drawers moved. Manky moldy corner uncovered, needs wallpaper stripping & sprayed w mood killer, so gross. Finished for the day.
- Sat, 16:59: Had a shower, going to move up a little radiator to heat that side of the house then go in search of takeout & wine & maybe fake ice cream.
- Sat, 17:01: Also 2 or 3 more large plastic boxes from Dunelm Mill. Expecting saleswoman to laugh at me again (3rd trip this week, too much stuff).
- Sat, 17:03: Also tomorrow must move the spare bed, & mattress, hoover, bath the dogs, finish sewing up the Girls Brigade's knitted blankets.
- Sat, 18:42: Boxes, ice cream real & fake, takeout & puppy treats bought. Home for dinner & wine, hurrah!
- Sat, 18:44: Incongruous sighting of the day: humvee pulling into Lidl car park as I was leaving.

- Fri, 14:33: Tired day today, unsurprisingly. Still, paid car insurance renewal, saved £520 on contents insurance renewal, so I'll call it a win.
- Fri, 14:35: Also made a start on turning knitted squares into a baby blanket for the Girls Brigade & finished boxing up the books. Break time.

- Thu, 15:53: Clothes boxed up: everything I usually wear now fits comfortably in 1 chest of drawers. 5 boxes of books taken downstairs, knee complaining.
- Thu, 15:55: Car washed, shopping bought, put away, cardboard to the tip, rug beaten, laundry on, range sorted, dogs snuggling me. Time for a break.
- Thu, 20:55: 4 large boxes (clothes, ragbag), 9 small boxes (family's collection of kids books) all moved out to the barn. I might need more small boxes.
- Thu, 20:56: Finally going to watch yesterday's Pens/Flyers game. 4-0 defeat, yet another d-man injured. Ouch! (But did it have to be to the Flyers?!)
- Thu, 21:36: Ok so I'm not going to watch the Pens/Flyers game - still on local blackout. Really, really annoying!

- Wed, 10:34: Car hoovered, lists and lists written, bird feeders refilled, dishwasher run, bins emptied, next up bathing the dogs, then shopping. Argh.
- Wed, 11:41: Dogs bathed, I'm showered, washing's on - time for a sit for 5 minutes, then on to the next round of things to be done before tonight.
- Mon, 18:58: Busy day today: afternoon at the charity shop, errands run, chores done at least in part, dinner made for DH, me, the pups, now to the WI.
- Mon, 19:00: Upload still uploading, btw, now 2/3rds done. More steam, Grommit! Turn that crank handle faster!

- Sat, 22:21: #Pens won, had a cracking morning at the @MidAntrimAnimal charity shop, DH brought the pups & we walked them in Antrim Castle gardens. Yay!
- Sat, 22:22: Pups got lots of love from the other shop volunteers; Dante's come a very long way from the wary dog we got from the Sanctuary 3 years ago.
- Sat, 22:24: Still uploading old files into Dropbox to free up space so I can download OS X El Capitan and then OS X Sierra. This may take Some TimeTM...
- Sat, 22:25: Then again, that's what you get for carting across files from computer to computer over 20 years and never spring cleaning...
