Belated Happies

Since I am very crap, many, many happies to ayrton_nix and Al Dent (winolj). I hope Sunday was lovely. Many, many apologies!

Feeling really bad about missing birthdays for two people who I love lots and who are important to me. Bah. :(

Gave blood last Friday. They also took all my arsed points, as from that point on, it all went downhill. Well, I suppose that's relative. I didn't get the compost heap moved and the shed tidied out. I did get rat poison and a trap, which as of this morning is 2 for 2 with squashed rats. And I got over to Leeds to sort out some urgent dressmaking stuff, so that's all good. My kirtle is nearly-almost-not-quite finished. I have the sleeves and body panels for a gown cut out, thanks to Dave and his large shed. And I have cotton to line it with, so I can start putting sleeves together at the pub tonight. As one does. I knitted a Jayne hat. It makes my eyes bleed. But other than that, it's great. Well. Awful. So, good.

I need a TARDIS. And winning lottery numbers. A second job. A bank job. More hours in the day. Barring that, I got 700+ words in this morning for a flashfic piece I should finish on the way home so I can print it and take it to writing group. Which is more than I've done in a while. So many things to write! So much to do! And there's a job, a house, sleep... *le sigh*

So, anyone want to buy a Jayne hat?
