Interesting. Looks like a similar effort to the novel written without the letter 'e' (in both the French original and the English translation).
This sort of work is starting to seem like a peculiarly French undertaking now I come to think of it. Can any linguists / anthropologists / French speakser out there shed any light on why that might be?
