So sorry to hear about the MEfail (although I tend to see them as relapses not fails!). And hugs about the redundancy - are you coping?

I guess it's a relapse, but it makes me feel like I'm stuck in MEfail. Bah humbug! It'll go again.

*hugs* I'm actually relieved - been struggling for a few months, never seem to quite get my head above the waves and feeling guilty for not getting my work done has been making it harder to get my work done. I think I need to take a break, rest up, then look for something part time. Maybe shelf-filling. :)

Remember that that sort of all and nothing thinking is one of the traits of ME sufferers. It's a hard pattern to break but beating yourself up does make it worse.

I've been up and down a fair bit but am overall middling.

I know, and it's something I've been prone to for a long time, possibly one of the reasons why I'm pretty sure I've been working towards ME most of my life. :( I know it, though, so I keep on working at not beating myself up and not taking it personally. *sigh* Can't there be a magic pill for this?

You could maybe look into the online guru-finder type stuff? You might have a better skillset for working that sort of thing than I do.

*hugs* The ME will go again, I need a break from a job so I can rest up and not feel guilty about it. I'll look for something part time in a bit, I guess. I can always call up the IT recruitment people who keep getting in touch - last one was a job that could be done remotely. :)
