ravenlas is home! Yay! I am a very happy bunny. Apart from

medains trying to come round to practice the piano (as I keep telling him to) and Nick (winolj) dropping round briefly, we had the evening to ourselves. So apart from a trip to Curry's to get the dishwasher, and a brief interlude to pick up veg and cleaning products from Tesco's, we got to snuggle on the sofa and watch B5. *big smile* *happy vaguely unstressedness*Leo seems to be very happy

ravenlas is home too - he snuggled up to Jerry's chest and purred loudly for half an hour before I disturbed him by having to go to bed. He had peed in the hall earlier in the evening, but an application of flash with bleach, then antibacterial spray, then a dedicated pet odour cleaner, then citrus air freshener, then hairspray, seems to be putting him off.

medains says that bleach just encourages cats, so to use vinegar. If this happens again, I'll try that.

I have my nice new dishwasher now, so I have to get the plumber to come and plumb it in. The washing machine needs to be moved to the other end of the kitchen, and the dishwasher wants putting where it was. I'll be giving him a call in, ooh, about 40 minutes.

Found my payslips, finally. Now I just have to get everything faxed through to Natwest, which keeps having a permanently engaged fax number...

And the guy from Pennine timber and damp called me back, so I have to return his call. So I might actually have a sorted mortgage, bathroom, kitchen, hallway, etc etc etc soon.
